What is Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM)?
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) is a comprehensive medical system that has diagnosed, treated, and prevented illness for over twenty-three centuries. Chinese medicine treats most internal medical syndromes, including gynecological, digestive, neuromuscular, autoimmune, and chronic health problems. Acu-Choice uses a combination of acupuncture, herbs, nutrition, and massage therapy to help you heal faster, with lasting relief.
What is acupuncture?
Acupuncture involves inserting thin, sterile needles into specific points along the skin to balance the energy, or chi, which flows throughout the body. When energy is blocked, it can lead to injury or illness. By freeing up the flow of energy, the body is better able to heal.
Do you treat children with needles?
Yes, we are a family and child-friendly practice that uses pain-free needle and non-needle techniques.
What is functional medicine?
Functional Medicine combines the best of Western Nutritional Science and Chinese Medical beliefs in the curative power of food to help you heal by feeding your body what it needs to regain optimum function.
What conditions do Traditional Chinese Medicine and acupuncture help?

How many treatments will I need?

For example, someone may come in with a cold and receive lasting relief after only one treatment while others with more chronic conditions require a series of treatments. At Acu-Choice, we work with you to get you back to full health as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.
Do you accept insurance?
Currently, Acu-Choice is a participating provider under Anthem Blue Cross/Blue Shield. If you have another insurance company, we are happy to work with you.
